I am incredibly disappointed with the abysmal service I received. The shirt was missing from my original order. When I contacted customer service, they promised a replacement, but UPS lost the package. I contacted support again, only to be met with frustrating and unhelpful representatives who kept ...abruptly cutting off the conversation. Finally, they sent a shirt, but I was appallingly charged for the delivery, and the item I received was the wrong one! In short: I was charged twice, paid for shipping, and still don't have the correct shirt due to their utterly mediocre service. If a zero-star review were possible, they would earn it.
