I am incredibly disappointed with the abysmal service I received. The shirt was missing from my original order. When I contacted customer service, they promised a replacement, but UPS lost the package. I contacted support again, only to be met with frustrating and unhelpful representatives who kept ...abruptly cutting off the conversation. Finally, they sent a shirt, but I was appallingly charged for the delivery, and the item I received was the wrong one! In short: I was charged twice, paid for shipping, and still don't have the correct shirt due to their utterly mediocre service. If a zero-star review were possible, they would earn it.

I first ordered this shirt a few weeks ago. The design I received was Luffy by himself. I contacted customer service, and they refunded me the cost of the shirt and sent me another one. I just opened the new shirt, and it is the same print of just the Luffy character, not the group of One Piece characters in the item photo. Very disappointing, but I'll keep the shirt.
