I do wish these came with an ankle length! I have always wanted pants this high waisted but they never fit right. I do probably need a 0, but I'm somewhat in between sizes rn and didn't want to go too tight. There's a little gap but I hope to purchase a 0 after losing a little more weight (like 5 lb...s). Overall I think these r true to size if ur looking to order, but I put "loose" for my current height and weight for this review. I never realized there was a different pant out there called "curvy", and I didn't think I was considered curvy. I really like these! I finally have jeans high enough to wear with all the dang crop tops I have. Please keep making! They are very comfortable! Would love in even more washes/fabrics.
for reference, my measurements are 5'9", 26" waist, 37.5" hips. i ordered a size 2 tall in black jack. inseam was good (measured 33.5"), but was somewhat baggy in both the waist and hips, and very baggy in the thighs, as pictured (the waist of the garment measured 14" and hips measured 19.5" lying ...flat - so a full 1-2 inches larger than the size chart indicates). rise measured 12", which was okay but i still felt a little bit of wedgie as someone with a long torso. going off of that, a size 0 tall (which ON doesn't carry) would probably fit my waist and hips pretty well, maybe with a tiny bit of waist gapping, but the thighs i think would still be too large, and the groin area a bit uncomfortable. so these jeans are made for 'curvy' people that particularly have larger thighs, and they also run large for smaller sizes. besides that, the jeans were decently thick and felt good quality, and were a true black.

I've tried every curvy jean and these are just as good if not better than the $100+ pairs, at an absolute FRACTION of the price. Plus I've been buying Old Navy jeans (always at about $20) for over 10 years so I know the 99% cotton pairs do last long term! I only have to re up when I change sizes. Thank you Old Navy for being the last bastion of affordable jeans. Never change.
