Decent material, but the length is on the shorter side and there is no drawstring waist, resulting in a fit that wasn't great. We returned these and ended up getting the High-Waisted SoComfy Wide-Leg Sweatpants in Women's XS for my 12 year-old daughter, and that fits perfectly! (5'2, 95 lbs.)
These are not really sweatpants OR fleece. The material is more suited to a workout pant. I got an XL for myself (5ft tall female,under 100 pounds) and the XL was huge. I exchanged for a L and the large was too short. The L was 6 inches shorter in the legs than the XL. I found that super strange... that the length difference between the XL and the L was that intense.

I am an adult woman, 5'5" 130 and bought these in three sizes: xxl, xl plus, and 2x which was marked xxl plus. The xxl were too short. The other two were perfect in length but I went with the 2x/xxl plus because while a little big, they seemed to have a higher rise. They are so soft and comfortable! I was looking for a lighter heather gray than the shade of the adult heather gray and these fit the bill (I am a small in the adult size). I'm really happy with them!
