I bought this in large. I usually wear medium or large in tops. I would recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes. The high neck is a nice touch for work. However, the material is pretty thin, and I can see the line of my undershirt when I wear it so I usually put a blazer or cardigan over. I w...ish it were thicker and didn't stick to all my bumps and curves.

After reading the reviews, I purchased an ex large, even though I usually wear a medium. The arm hole openings are extremely large and if I went down a size, everything would be too tight. Maybe a petite X large would fit if it was available. Sadly must return.
