Perfect for uniforms, do buy larger, they run small, my daughter 10 is slim in the waist & average height, so these leggings are perfect. She wears an XL (14), they do shrink some, have good stretch & a decent thickness, not shear. Go to staple for uniforms & at the end of the year, after worn out a...t the knees from very active daily use (love sports so eventually has holes in the knees, that's ok, she is active, so do not blame the leggings ;-), I cut them off (does not shred when cut-off) & does double duty as long summer shorts & warm weather coverage under her skirts. So 2 times the usage... I always buy 10 for the year & buy them every year. Wait for a sale & price can not be beat!!!
