Before nursing, I was a (barely) B cup so I don't have issues typical with sports bras not being supportive. It's different obviously when nursing, although when running or doing jump ropes, I do get some "bounce." I do feel contained. And I do CrossFit!

Take out the pads since they were all wrinkly and it's perfect
