The material for the outside of these pants isn't great. It snags easily. These straight leg styles tend to fit longer and last longer fit wise which I great for my son. But I worry that after a season they're not going to look very good. It's weird sweater/sweatshirt material that I've seen used i...n other items from old navy but the knit seems especially loose. It's hard to explain. I bought them on sale so it's not a huge deal. My son won't wear jeans or chino pants so these are a great choice for him. In just wish they were made little nicer.
