The length is perfect - covers the abs but isn't too long. The spaghetti straps shows off those shoulders. The only problem - It's REALLLLLLY TIGHT. Great if you like that compression, but if you want to breathe a little, I'd suggest to order a size up. For ref: I'm 5'9 and 125. Originally ord...ered a small but returning for a Medium
This top hits high hip, and, while it is not cropped, it is still short. I'm waiting for it to come out in a tall option to see if that will work better. I wish Old Navy would go back to it's longer workout tops that include thin straps and shelf bras like they had back in around 2021-2022 or so. No...t everyone wants their stomach showing while they workout.

Im 5'9', 170lbs for reference. Bought a large. Fits perfectly. Wish they came im tall. Like little more length. Regular still fit good though. Im 36c cup, built-in bra gave me enough support. Bought 2black, 1brown. Need more colors.

absolutely love this top, love that it has a built-in bra and you don't have to wear a bra. It's actually supportive and fits perfect. I do wish they wouldn't not have been sold out in the tall length, but the regular length works. My only complaint is that you need to have more colors.
