I'm old enough to have gone through several different eras of jeans fashions. Bell bottoms in the '70s, straight leg Levi's in the '80s and '90s, flare low-rise jeans in the late '90s, super skinny jeans in the past few years and now the super unflattering wide leg, cropped super high waist nonsense... that's happening now. I find low rise and high rise super uncomfortable and really hate flare, boot cut or bell bottoms. I generally like a straight leg and don't mind skinny legs but they're difficult to pair shoes with. I was really excited to find these mid-rise "boyfriend" jeans, which in my opinion fit like straight leg 501s. Just basic jeans. Not too high or low waisted, regular straight leg that's not cropped, no distressed look holes, bottom of leg is actually hemmed and not just a raw edge with strings hanging down. Comfortable fit, not too stretchy. They are cuffed in the store but if you unroll them, they're normal length and not creased or anything from the cuffing. I think they run a little big, so I bought a size down and they fit great. I bought the faded ones and the dark wash. I wish they came in black. They look good with any kind of shoe- sneakers, cowboy boots, clogs, flip flops. I'm really happy to have found these; it's so hard to find normal jeans these days. I probably will get a couple more pairs and hoard them before they are discontinued and I have to live through another awful jean fashion era.
Very disappointed with these jeans. They're paper thin and look and feel cheap. They will look, feel and last maybe only slightly better than jeggings, but way worse than actual jeans. Don't get me wrong I love cheap jeans, especially since I work in them and tend to wear them out pretty quickly, I ...like to get jeans that I can easily replace. My durability expectations aren't insane since I understand I'm pushing the limits of what I can get without paying for workwear jeans. I currently have the OG straight jeans which I love. But these feel like they'd rip after a month of wear. Also the "straight cut" is more of your classic skinny jean fit so just keep that in mind. (I'm very thin size 2, 5'9", no curves whatsoever. If they fit ME like skinny jeans, they're definitely skinny jeans.) If you hope to have any kind of a life in these jeans that includes work, creative hobbies like woodworking, metalworking, or being anywhere near an open flame, choose different jeans. These are a polyester stretchy fire hazard. What concerns me more is that they seem to be phasing out their regular jeans in favour of these WOW jeans. There is literally nothing good about these jeans.

These are a lot like my favorite pairs of memory from my teen years in the early- to mid-80s; on my body type anyway (pear-shaped, 5 foot 7 and about 175) they read like more of a mid-rise relaxed straight than what I think of as a boyfriend cut, which typically tapers a bit. The denim is mid-weight with only a touch of spandex for comfort but not so much that they lose their shape over the course of the day. I crop them to the ankle bone for a raw hem and wear them either with loafers or cuffed with sneakers. They do run a bit large. Order your usual size (I have these in 14s and 12s) and prepare to belt them if you want a slightly slouchy feel, or a size down for a snug fit. Glad to have found an inexpensive mid-rise jean as I find a mid-rise more comfortable as well as more flattering than the ubiquitous high rises (because I'm so long-waisted, a high rise makes me look like all torso and no legs).

Great pair of jeans. Good weight and NOT jeggings in disguise. I haven't bought Mid-Rise jeans in forever and these fit as I hoped. Fitted on the hips and slightly relaxed in the legs. for reference, I am 5'8" 190lbs and I bought a 12 Tall. They are so comfortable.

I'd recommend this size for anyone between 10 to 12 or anyone with muscular legs who need a wider fit without a tight in-seam.

These jeans are a perfect fit. Well constructed and very sturdy. The fabric is excellent and old school. Not made of super stretchy material. They wear well. These are by far my favorite denim. I have been searching for the perfect jean for a long time and these are it.

Reviewed at
oldnavy.gapcanada.caWanted light blue denim jeans for summer so tried these on. Started with my usual 12 which were overly big and ended up buying 8. I like the midrise for a change. Denim is lighter weight and a bit stretchy. Not best quality fabric. They are going to stretch. Waist has good stretch.

Love these jeans, but they grow as I wear them. Super comfy, but buying another pair a size down for a better fit.
