I first bought this dress in the non maternity hoping it'd fit so I could wear it beyond pregnancy as well. It did fit except it was a little tight in the elastic around the waist(there's 3 rows instead of the 2 in the maternity version). So I ordered the maternity to see if that was better and it w...as in that part. It feels to me that there's also extra space in the bust and in the belly area which for me felt unnecessary as it's already pretty roomy. I feel like the regular version is more flattering on me but the maternity is slightly more comfortable but I am still trying to decide which to keep. Both are beautiful and fit pretty well just slightly different. I ordered M in both and I am 5'4" and about 150 lbs at 19 weeks pregnant.
I love this dress, but I ordered according to the maternity sizing chart and it was still way too big (I'm talking being able to pinch several inches of excess fabric at the waist and chest.) This is annoying but typical for me with ON clothes though. If you're usually one size down in Old Navy clot...hes compared to other brands, like I am, go with that. Once I go down a size, this is a 5-star dress.

Such a feminine and beautiful dress. The fit is amazing and the cotton material is nice and flowy. First time ordering from old navy and am honestly so impressed by the quality and fit of this one. I bought in my usual pre pregnancy size and it fit perfectly.
