Soft and light, great for weight lifting, short runs. But be aware they do not pass the chub rub thigh chomp review. My thighs were hungry and decided these were a great snack. Going to wear them on a hiking trip in a couple of weeks, time will tell if they will cause thigh chap. Hopefully the light... and flowly material will negate the chap. I did purchase a size larger than I normally would due to availability, and these do run on the larger side. I would NOT size up.
I recently purchased these shorts and I really like the fabric and the style but I find the sizing to be quite large. In any type of bottom I would normally take a M so I ordered a S for these shorts figuring they would fit really well. When I received them I was so surprised at how they fit, not on...ly were they very big in the waist area but extremely baggy in the leg openings like just gaping. I couldn't believe how big the leg openings are for a S it shocked me. If you decide to purchase these I would definitely suggest sizing down for sure one possibly two sizes.
