I own 2 pairs of these jeans in regular size 8. I ordered a black pair and literally ordered 4 different sizes before finding the right size. I ordered the petite size 8, petite size 10, regular size 8 and finally, regular size 10. I usually wear between an 8 and a 10 depending on the store/brand. I... don't understand why they can't get more uniform sizing across the jeans, even if in a different material. It's been really frustrating - I like the 2 pairs i have already but it was really annoying to have to order 4 different jeans (and of course I had to order them online since they never seem to have them in stock in the store) and then go through the hassle of returns. So...if ordering these jeans just go ahead and order several different sizes. Save yourself the trouble.
I meticulously researched the correct measurements across regular, tall, and petite because there is always with pants Old Navy every time I've bought them. Once again, the inseam was incorrect. It clearly states that a Regular size 2 inseam is 28", but the pants are barely 27". While an inch may no...t seem like a lot, they know it is because they offer three different lengths. Plus, it is much more noticeable and a bigger issue when the pants are already slightly "cropped" for an ankle length, instead of full length. In addition, I didn't receive one of the items I ordered in my delivery. I filled out the online form, and they denied my request without providing any reason why. I then had to follow up by calling their support number, and they still could not send a replacement or even offer a refund, but told me I would have to file a partial dispute with my bank.
