Not like they used to be

Craftsmanship needs work. Foot doesn't fit evenly over surface of footbed due to toe placement, which sits too far back, as well the straps are hard/stiff and hurts top of foot. The original flip flop is great with no issues bur the square toe style is not comfortable and will mot purchaseagain.

Great process. I went into the store to buy these but they didn't have my size so I asked the cashier if I could just have Old Navy ship them to my house. They did it easily and for free. My flip flops came arrived in 3-4 days it was great! I would highly recommend!
