These are so comfortable! They fit perfectly when I first tried them on but the bottoms do stretch out quite a bit and I have to keep pulling them up. I'm a usual size large pre pregnancy (currently 33 weeks) and bought size large in these pajamas. The top fits great (perfectly oversized) but the bottoms definitely run big. I wish I could buy a large top with medium bottoms!
