I love the big shirts and boyfriend shirts at the Gap site, and have many, but first time getting an Old Navy one. I bought the pink striped, which in person is darker pink- more of a hot pink, than site appears. Not an issue. I went with my normal size- XS, reg., which was plenty oversized, which I... like. For reference, 5'5,117 lbs. If you are familiar with the Gap ones, a few things to keep in mind; this is a lighter weight fabrication- it says twill but I think it more a poplin. I don't mind it being lighter as will be cooler in summer, the button placement is good-no gap across chest, but there are differences which make it look a bit 'less expensive' than those at Gap or B.R. The finishing of the cuffs, the buttons, it is harder to iron than the others. I got it on sale and with rewards, it was too good to pass up- I would just get the others if had to pay full price, but I liked the pink stripe. You cannot go wrong with this very much on point look. It elevates an outfit for a classic look- just keep it oversized- you do NOT want a small fit on these-do a messy roll up on the sleeves- do a French tuck or blousy tuck, or wear out over a tank- lots of versatility.

Unfortunately I missed the return window by about 10 days. I tried the shirt on when I received it & thought I could make this work. The colors are lovely! And I ordered 4... After washing the first, I hung it up (ironing is a must). Today, I threw it in over a plain tee and it looked DISMAL. It was... way boxy and hung in such a frumpy way that I looked just plain awful. Now, I'm stuck with four shirts that I don't see how I can salvage. Totally disappointed. Especially since this is the first order I've make from Old Navy in years. I'm not even sure if sizing down could even rectify this ill-fitting mess of a shirt. Also - the sleeves are ridiculously short & don't come close to my wrists. Good luck if you still take a chance.

I love the denim shirt! It is so soft and comfortable. I like to wear it open over a tank or on its own with a sweater over it. It's so versatile. I've washed it a lot and it's held up really well. I'm busty (36G) and the large fits well I can button it and it doesn't pull. If you aren't busty, I can see sizing down. It is a little big.

Review this was sent before I have reviewed it. When it finally came, It took longer than usual for ON and now I'm wearing linen because it's 90, but I'll have it in case I travel and for winter. The back yoke pleats are greatly appreciated and the oversized fit.
