They are very thick and have an almost brushed fleece feel to the inside. Probably not great if you live in a warmer climate or for higher intensity workouts. Super soft and great quality but very warm. I would say they run big. I'm a size 12/14 and ordered a large. I should've sized down to a mediu...m.
I'm at 4/6 and 5'8". I wish these were longer. I ordered the small and they fit but were too short. Ordered the medium and they were too big and too short.
