I ordered this sweatpants and two boys jeans and Old Navy sent incorrect items (womens jeans and a womens top) and then wouldn't send me the correct items immediately to fix their error. Instead I have to mail the items back and wait weeks for a refund. How is this customer service? Absolutely ridic...
