I usually size up when buying underwear, but that was too large. I'd recommend to buy your usual bottom size because these have more stretch than usual.

Haven't bought these before, and haven't gotten around to wearing them yet, but they seem very similar to the other mostly cotton thongs they sell here. It has a little lace detail though, so if the texture of that will bother you, it may be best to steer clear.
