This new style oversized fit has to go. I'm not saying make it slim fit but make it a casual relaxed normal cut. This sweater has so much extra unnecessary fabric that just looka sloppy. If I order a size down it's correct in the chest but bad in the stomach. If from armpit to pit is 50" there is no... reason why the hem band by the bottom should be 42". It should be way more fluid. I own a large and from pit to pit it should be more like 46-47" across and by the time it gets to the hem band at the bottom it should be 44". Why is this not more cohesive? And don't get me started on how much unnecessary fabric is sitting in the pit to bicep region, just so unnecessary. So unfortunate bc the material is spectacular. I stopped wearing this sweater bc something was off and I realized every time I put it on it looked so sloppy. I'm going to tailor mine bc sizing down doesn't work either. It's just not cut cohesively according to a natural human body. What are you doing old navy?
