I got both 18 plus and 20 plus. I am 5'9" and 135 lbs. Normally purchase women's size 6 and the 18 plus fit well except would look better if it were an inch or two longer. The 20 plus was very wide everywhere, fit like a women's 10 or even 12 but it was about 1/2 inch longer. The star patches are very well made and they are placed perfectly. The quality of the denim is very high. I have to say way better quality denim than the ON women's line of jeans. If you are 5'7" or under, these are perfect. So cute.
