I buy new flannels from Old Navy yearly. These are longer and oversized (boyfriend) vs. last year's. However, the 100% cotton does shrink; more after 2 washings. Allow for the shrinkage before deciding to size down.

This shirt is very comfortable and soft, I wore a tank top under mine and it was very cozy. This shirt is true to its size as well.
