This dress was very flattering. The neckline wasn't too low and I love the cap sleeves. The skirt portion of the dress is medium heavy so it doesn't just blow up in the wind. And it has a nice spin to it when you twirl.

I definitely have narrower hips but do have a long torso. So I tend to steer away from drop waist cuts. Got the dress and thought it felt quite heavy. Put it on and it was SO comfortable. It actually flattered me more than I thought it would! Definitely would recommend this to my friends and will probably get in other colours.
