This is a cute dress. It is rayon/cotton and very flowy. I knocked off two stars because it is completely unlined. If you wanted you could wear a slip or a tank top and bike shorts, but that is too hot for summer.

This dress is made out of a very lightweight, flowy rayon/ cotton blend that feels very nice. It is thin and airy and the shape of the dress is flattering. I am 5'10 and about 150 lb and got a medium tall which was perfect and comes to a couple inches above my knee. The embroidered details around the neck are very pretty and elevate this to look a little fancier than I would expect for Old Navy. This dress does have pockets, but because the fabric is so light and drapey it feels awkward to put something heavy like a cell phone in them.
