Fabric is nice but the waist and leg openings are just cut fabric ie not sewed/stitched for reinforcement. Concerned everyday wear will stretch them to where the fabric gets runs or tears completely.

I ordered these a month ago and they are very loose fitting in the waist and as a result they roll down and are uncomfortable, so sizing up would make it worse.
