This was a surprise find. I saw it on the website and as a huge fan of polka dots figured why not. I'm 5'2" and it's long but not on the ground. It's as light as air (and semi see through so keep that in mind). The smocked waist feels secure - meaning not too tight and not so loose that I'm worried it's going to fall down. It's a great summer skirt when when you can't (or won't) do shorts, but need to feel comfortable in the heat. You could definitely wear it year-round with tights if you like to get more wear out of your clothes. I do feel it's a bit fuller than the picture, but not like hoop-skirt size.

Wow I been looking for a long skirt for years this has the wow factor the fabric is beautiful it looks amazing I got black and the white on medium I'm 5'6" 136 pounds fits perfect.
