The fabric is stretchy and soft; only the top is double-lined, so it won't be too heavy for summer. It's safe for petites, I am 5 feet tall and the dress just barely reaches my ankles. It would probably be more of a midi dress for anyone of average height. The ruching at the waist is very flattering...

I LOVE this dress, although it is longer than I expected on me (5'4"). The "rainbow" is subtle, but pretty. The ruching in the middle helps disguise any fluffiness around middle.... Can't wait to wear it!

Love the fit of this dress! It's quite long, I am only 5' and it was nearly to the floor. May hem so it fits more t-length (like on the model) but the cut and fit is really flattering.

The fabric is stretchy and soft; only the top is double-lined, so it won't be too heavy for summer. It's safe for petites, I am 5 feet tall and the dress just barely reaches my ankles. It would probably be more of a midi dress for anyone of average height. The ruching at the waist is very flattering, but the photos make it hard to see that the dress has a drop-waist look. And it has pockets! Overall, I think this is a great piece that can be dressed up or dressed down.
