This shirt is very soft and comfortable. It is true to size compared to an average unisex/men's tshirt. However, the image is significantly smaller on sizes below an xl, compared to sizes xl and above, to the point the shirt has entirely different vibes. I'm between a M and L, but I purchased the l...ast sea salt in store, planning to do a front tuck of the XL because it was too fun to pass up. I purchased several other sizes online, and I was very disappointed at the difference, even though the scale matched the images online. I'm now on the hunt for a navy xl. The website does not include pictures of models across a variety of sizes that shows the difference, and does not note it in the description. For most of their women's clothes, Old Navy includes pictures of models in sizes s, l, and xl, and it would be smart to do that for these items.

I bought this for myself (adult female). I cut the neckline down and then hemmed it to create a softer look. I also rolled up the sleeves to give it a more feminine look. I love it!!
