Such a cute dress. I think the sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulders. I ordered the navy and didn't have any issues with it being see through. I'm 5'8" and I ordered a Medium Tall and it hit a couple inches above my knees .

Looks nothing like the photos..

I ordered a M (which I tend to be) and a S because their sizes are so off at times. The small looked like a cheap lace moomoo...and I'm not a small girl (5'10 -175lbs). Has no shape and looks so cheaply made.. :( I was SO excited for this dress..then so disappointed.

I wore this to a fancy dinner and it was perfect! It's very elegant with the see-through sleeves, and the flowy style of the dress is very forgiving in the midsection. I felt good and enjoyed my dinner without feeling constricted while still looking elegant.

Love this mini-dress! It is a nice relaxed fit and forgiving in the midsection, but still elegant and sexy with the off-the-shoulders and lace, with little bows for features on the lacey arms--planning to wear for summer events such as weddings, date nights, etc. I even bought it in the artic blue--both are nice quality!
