Such a cute dress. I think the sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulders. I ordered the navy and didn't have any issues with it being see through. I'm 5'8" and I ordered a Medium Tall and it hit a couple inches above my knees .
I ordered a M (which I tend to be) and a S because their sizes are so off at times. The small looked like a cheap lace moomoo...and I'm not a small girl (5'10 -175lbs). Has no shape and looks so cheaply made.. :( I was SO excited for this dress..then so disappointed.

This dress is true to size and very cute. I can wear it for a nice night out, church on Sunday, or vacation. I am 5'6 and the length is perfect. I was a little concerned it might be itchy, but this is not itchy and relatively breathable.
