I've been buying my husband shorter inseam shorts through Old Navy because they're hard to find anywhere else! He absolutely loves this style and the colors are great too.
I'm looking for shorts similar to the clouds soft. My son no longer fits in boys, but has to wear men's sizes. He just wants a soft comfy short to wear to school and these are strange, synthetic, and not soft at all. It's really hard to tell from the photo.. They were also kind of puffy and didn...'t sit flat. I don't recommend for every day wear. These will be returned.

I am a man of 5'6" tall. Shorter than the average guy. Retailers have chosen to use stats concerning the average height of men and catering almost exclusively to that demographic. It is difficult for me to buy clothes that I can take home and wear the next day. I have to add the extra step of hemming oversized clothing so I can wear them. The 5" inseam shorts may be too short for the average 5'10" man, but they are just right for me. AND no hemming. I hope that Old Navy will continue to offer clothing for us shorter guys. P.S. There are more of us than you think.

Love these shorts so much I've bought three pairs. Great length and don't "balloon" at the legs. Also very practical- I use them for exercise, hiking, or just lounging around the house.

I love these shorts, I will say notice they're a bit thinner than the ones I bought a couple seasons ago and I do miss a little cute Old Navy patch on the back. Lightweight and a good cut will say I bought a few colors and like one pair was slightly tighter than the other two pairs, which is kind of weird.
