This dress is SO comfortable and flattering and I love how it flows and twirls. Its skirt is also just heavy enough that it feels like it wouldn't blow up in the wind. I would recommend that if you're on the fence about sizes, you might consider sizing down. The smocked waist is super stretchy. I am... 5'8", average build; normally wear a 12 dress, so I got a large. It's just a little too big, so I'm exchanging for a medium.
Warning other girlies if you get hot easy, like I do this thing is THICK its like a blanket. Absolutely no air gets through unless you lift it up and even then your upper half is still roasting. It is sweltering in the sun and warm weather. Also runs large, size down so there is less fabric to smoth...er you and it doesn't even have pockets like my other old navy dresses. It is nice on a freezing beach with 30mph winds, i live in oregon the coast is always windy and cold, the weight is so heavy it doesn't even blow up in the coastal winds, but the valley where I live it is 90-100 degrees or warmer, for at least 4 months. I wore it on an 80 degree sunny day and about died. Would've been better to wear in the winter with a cardigan. I have a lot of these dresses from old navy in this style over the years, ordered 3 colors of this particular one, green, black and red and this rayon is so much thicker than any of my other regular cotton ones. Maybe its because its "rayon" not regular "cotton" but I have other rayon clothing items that aren't this thick i mean its so bad I probably wont wear it again until fall.

Very comfortable to wear, this is a very complimentary style. The material is soft and I like the quality. I am wearing this now with a jeans jacket, so I think this will translate into a three season dress... it will look good with cardigan, wraps, boots as well as sandals or Vans. If you are in between sizes like me, I suggest sizing down. Definitely great price point! I bought the Loganberry colour, the photo is accurate.
