I bought this to give to my almost 4 year old for her birthday in June. She's a girly girl and I always gift her a dress the morning of her birthday to make her feel special. Love the rainbow tulle because it's so loud and fun. The "bday girl" beading on the straps are such a cute touch. The dress is a little bit see through even with the under layer but she always wears biker shorts under her dresses so I don't see too much of a problem.

Such a cute dress!! Daughter is petite so it was a little big, Old Navy usually doesn't run big so was a little surprised but fixable. Great quality as always and daughter loves it!
