I legit have been buying these dresses for years, in all the colors. They are the perfect mom dress. I typically fit a medium but I have mine in large to be a little less tight. I'm 5'8 and 155lbs. They are such good quality, I have the same dresses for years and they still look and fit great
I've loved Old Navy's active dresses in the past. The butter yellow is an amazing color but this dress is a big pass. It is very thin and feels very cheap. It's also very small. I'm typically a large and the XL is way too tight.

Nice lightweight active dress definitely size up I would say but otherwise I love it. Just be careful it also like lotions and stuff will definitely show if it gets on the dress because of the dry fit material
