This dress is surprisingly well fitted for me considering I'm 5 ft tall and fairly large chested and thicker overall in my torso area. The blue is a really nice color just like the picture and I was surprised that the top wasn't overly clingy even though it's pretty stretchy. Often skirts like this have too much material and kind of overwhelm my lower half but this one hit just right. I haven't worn it out yet but it could be dressed up or dressed down.
