I love everything about these. Buy your normal size. The waist as a lot fo give, comfortable for gaining and losing. You should be able to keep these. I was thinking these are ankle pants AND bc of the cuff on the bottom, I won't need to buy the petit but the cuff is huge! It does not hold the pants... up. So I'll be exchanging for the petit. Hope this helps sizing.
I got these in black and brown I was so excited for these for some summer work pants but have to return after realizing they are basically sheer. I can't imagine wearing these anywhere. They're light and comfy but wow... Picture is through double layer in the sunlight. I also think they fit a touch ...big in the waist and even for balloon pants are a bit too wide.
