I absolutely love the rise on these. I know everyone is into high-waisted this and high waisted that but these are perfect for a mom of two that can't wear high waisted due to her mom pudge. I have also always had large hips and these make my hips look so much smaller because of the wide leg. I love them so much!

The waist is a little tight but I find that Old Navy jeans do tend to relax, so they should fit perfectly after 15-30 mins of wear. Another note, they are quite long and very baggy, as advertised! I really like the style, so I didn't see the need to order a shorter length - but these jeans do drag a little on the floor! I have ample hip room for when I sit down, and there is no intense saggy crotch while I'm standing. I will say though, these jeans are closer to a mid-rise than low-rise. They end up sitting maybe an inch under my bellybutton, but I don't mind that at all. Overall, I ADORE these jeans!!! Highly recommend!
Im 4"11 size XS with a short torso. I usually have problems finding jeans that actually fit low rise but these fit perfect. The jeans felt soft and hit well below my belly button. The only issue is that it was still long despite ordering petite
