I bought a long sleeve shirt similar to these shirts for my grandson and he absolutely loved it. When it got too warm to wear long sleeves, I looked for something similar and I found these. He was so excited! They are soft, they're comfortable and they wash well. True to size.
I received a package that was severely damaged, ripped open, and re-taped. Not only were two items missing—the Henley T in Light Grey and the Navy Anchor T—but the remaining items were soiled with coffee grounds from a (disgusting) used Nespresso pod placed inside the bag. I attempted to file a clai...m with Old Navy, but it was denied. They refused to review the photographs I offered as evidence and stated the denial was due to the frequency of my recent returns. I recently purchased multiple sizes to determine the best fit and should not be penalized for making allowable returns within company policy. I have also had to return some very poorly made items. Because the company refused to provide a replacement or further assistance, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company.
