When I came across these jeans, I took a chance and bought every color (extra bonus-got them on sale). Low rise?! FINALLY!! As a petite girl, I LOATHE this high waist/extra high waist trend that has been everywhere for what seems like forever. When you have like no torso, being completely engulfed i...n rises that go up to your chin are incredibly uncomfortable. Not these though. The rise is PERFECT for us petite girls. I'm 5'2" and got my true size in a petite and the length is still enough to graze the floor without dragging excess fabric. Old Navy, PLEASE BRING US MORE LOW/MID RISE OPTIONS!!
I wanted these to be a low rise loose jean from the old days. They aren't. For me they were absolutely not low rise. The were a snugger fit through the hips and into the belly. And then the legs were wider - not barrel or stove pipe - but definitely straight down wider. I went back to the boyfriend... jean and am much happier. (Although I'd like that made in a true low rise instead of a mid rise). I ordered an 8 but they definitely felt like a 6. I sent these jeans back.

I have four kids and look really bad in high rise jeans, I am so happy to see a low rise option that doesn't cling to my stomach. Fabric is soft. Only complaint is that they don't offer a short inseam.

comfortable fabric , sits nice just below waist . true to size but does loosen a little as day goes on . i'm normally a size 6 i bought a size 6 and i think i could wash and dry in hot dryer and they might shrink to perfect size . still fit good just slightly loose

Awesome fit and they look great. I ordered two sizes. The length was perfect for me in petite. The 16 were too tight I could have kept them but I figured they would be too tight after one wash so I kept the 18 which were a tiny bit big but with one wash they would be fine. I'm 5'4"
