I love these pants. They are the perfect length for me and I'm 5'2" and 135 lbs. I wear a size XS regular. They are comfortable, easy to wash and dry, and no iron. They only think I wish they weren't, is they are a little loud when you walk. But the comfort and fit outweigh the noise. No biggy, you ...get used to it after wearing them a few times. I just bought the matching jacket. Those are baggy but true to size. I initally bought a size S, but exchanged for an XS for the perfect fit (no room for anything thicker than a tank top). That's just my preference. But they look cute and sporty as a set.
I held on to these for a while before finally deciding to return them because I really liked the fit and the style. However, the noise made by the fabric would have driven me crazy. It's too bad, if they make something similar in a less noisy fabric I might give those a try.

These are amazing and very confortable. I origianlly purchased my usual size of an M but ended up returning them for a Small. if you want them to be not as baggy i would size down. They look great with the matching tops.

I have just about every Old Navy pant with an elastic waistband, and these are definitely one of my favorite pairs. The sizing is a little weird, though. If you like your clothes extra roomy, stick with your usual size. Otherwise, I'd size down. I'm usually a large in Old Navy pants, but these felt big right out of the gate.
