5'2", 145lbs, long torso short legs, 36D- size medium was perfect without needing a bra (and I always need a bra), I could probably do a large and it would be good too. I really wish they had this in Navy Blue, dark brown, and/or dark purple because I would buy so many of them!! I have a small belly... pouch and it is so flattering for that.
The cut and style of this dress is so cute but the material is the heaviest, thickest cotton. I would have much preferred a more athletic feeling cotton blend that would be more breathable. I loved the look of the dress but not the material. Another downside is the shorts are fully attached to the d...ress (versus detached in the back) so when you need to use the restroom, you are taking off the entire dress. More brands have started using the partially detached shorts for this reason. Would not recommend unless you plan to wear for short periods of time and not in the heat.

I've always had a hard time finding athletic dresses that are thick enough for tummy control, but not too thick that it'll make you even hotter in the summertime. And especially with enough bust support. This dress hits EVERY mark!! It's so comfortable and flattering that you won't want to take it off. I was on the fence about it and so glad I got it. Would highly recommend to anyone
