I am a pear shaped girly -- a member of the I.B.T.C. with a big badonkadonk. Fit and flare dresses are my go-to. The Medium size in this dress fit me great (usually a size 12 in pants and a S/M up top). I love the smaller green pattern as well -- patterned clothes in cotton or other natural fibers i...s SO hard to find lately! This pairs amazing with the Raffia belt I think it's called (looks woven -- brown looks better than cream IMO). My only complaints: - the straps are about 1 inch too long and I think I have a longer torso (or it appears long given the smaller tatas?). This results in my bra showing throughout the day and I have to pull down the dress in the back for a better fit. I am going to have it altered to shorten the straps. - neckline and back straps don't 100% hide my usual bra. While I can go bra-less since my girlies are so little, this looks much better on me with some added oomph from a bra. I am going to see if I can have bra cups sewn in to the liner at the top of the dress (there's already half a liner there so cups can be seen in without impacting the stitching on the front!) maybe selling the dress with removable cups for those who don't want them would've helped but I realize that's an uncommon feature these days. - no pocketses. Honestly my phone is huge and I'd like to disconnect from it more anyway so ... Undecided if this is a true flaw. I do think with the structure at the top of the dress, the skirt absolutely could've had pockets and would've been able to handle a phone without getting too heavy and lopsided. Overall this is still a solid find for me and will become a summer favorite. I am just going to make the investment to have it be a 5-star dress for me though because with the fit and fabric this will last a long time and I'm excited to have it in my wardrobe!
