I bought these as they were super cute and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that was 100% cotton and looked like old school men's PJs. These fit the bill as far as that went. That is where it was good. When these finally arrived I immediately washed them so I could wear them to... bed that night. Well bedtime rolls around and I snatch these out of the dryer immediately after the bell goes off and slip them on because honestly nothing beats fresh Jammie's and fresh sheets right out of the dryer! Boy was an immensely disappointed right away after putting them on. First off, the pants fit ok. They are a little snug in the belly and thigh area for my liking but not horrible. However the button up shirt that goes along with these pants ain't it! I can't not button the last two buttons on the bottom of the shirt like at all. Yes the shirt and pants are the same size so you would think I could button the bottom of the shirt. Nope! Secondly, They were not soft and no where near it either! As a matter of fact they felt like wool or steel wool rather! I thought oh hey it's probably just my over active sensor issues (yay me!) and figured I would try them for the night. Yeah well that didn't work. They were far too itchy on my skin and far too tight on my thighs to be anywhere near comfortable to sleep in. I have washed them at least 5 times and have even used liquid fabric softener which I never do and even still they are not comfortable on my skin. They are still itch and scratchy. So basically a big waste of time and money. Also I will state that I have noticed that Old Navy's quality has really gone down hill. However on a positive note the pants have nice pockets on them.
