The description says mid-rise, but they are high-rise with a draw string, as pictured, which is actually what I wanted. The ankles are elastic, NOT cinched with a drawstring, which is a bummer because I wanted the option of wide leg or jogger style at the ankle. The fabric in black was great -- smoo...

Love these..!! Sometimes the fit of Old Navy pants are off for me, but these fit perfectly. They'll be a great summer addition. Fit TTS

Comments about Mid-Rise Linen-Blend Cinched-Ankle Pants

These will look cute with a tshirt & sandals! Very laid back beachy look. Runs tts. I wear a 6 in ON jeans and got a medium which are relaxed and comfy. I'm 5'2 & they hit me just slightly past my ankles.

It's true that the ankle is not able to be adjusted, and actually, they are really loose in the ankle as well. However, if you know that ahead of time, the pants are cute and I feel true to size. I am otherwise happy with the fit and size and the length is perfect for my 5'5 frame.

First off these feel soft and slouchy, but when I put them on the fabric is scratchy on my thighs and doesn't feel soft while I'm walking. Second, the picture shows a drawstring at the ankle, but these came with thick elastic at the ankle. Completely changes the look. They are very roomy and baggy, but I don't think a size down would fit me comfortably.

Nice fabric, but the fit was definitely high rise, not mid rise. I had to return them.

No ankle cinch? False advertisement

Keeping them b/c of the price. But 100% no ankle cinch just elastic. Do better old navy #shame

Ankles not as shown

The pants are basically fine for me as I prefer high waisted (even though they aren't supposed to be), but the most disappointing thing is the elastic ankles rather than ties. The elastic is very thick and changes the look of the pant vs the product photos. These pants are very much misrepresented in a few ways

The description says mid-rise, but they are high-rise with a draw string, as pictured, which is actually what I wanted. The ankles are elastic, NOT cinched with a drawstring, which is a bummer because I wanted the option of wide leg or jogger style at the ankle. The fabric in black was great -- smooth and opaque. The peach color was smooth, but too see through. The natural/beige color was scratchy and borderline too see through. I'm pear shaped (38.5" waist / 52" hips) and normally wear an XL in Old Navy bottoms, but I preferred these in XXL for a baggy fit (but the XLs did fit).

These pants are not the ones in pics. They don't have the adjustable cute bottom. Disappointing. Sizing is a little smaller than the other linen pants.
