I'm usually between sizes and I had to size down to the XS. The fit was great, except that one strap would not stay up. It was the only extra small left in the entire store in this style of dress so I'm thinking that that one could have been defective. I ended up ordering online. Ordered one in whi...te and one in black. The patterned dresses seem to be a little lighter material whereas the solids definitely feel like midweight denim. Might be on the heavier side if intended for travel. I am a 32 C and the bust area fit just right without gaping or bulging cleavage. Could probably get away without a bra with the black one as the material is thick, but with the white I would probably wear nipple covers unless you're OK with just some slight nipple protrusion.
I ordered this dress and a couple of other ones in my normal size, medium. The other two dresses fit me perfectly with room to spare. This white denim dress was tight going on. Once on, I could not zip it up! The zipper was in the back, and it was impossible for me to reach it and pull it up all by... myself, especially given how snug it was. Are you expecting everyone who purchases this dress to have someone in the room with them when they get dressed? Since I could not get the zipper up by myself, I went to take the dress off. However, I could not budge the dress. It was stuck! Since I was alone, I had to stand there and struggle to try and get one arm out a little bit at a time, pulling it centimeter by centimeter until I finally got it over my head. So frustrating! Why would you design it this way? Back it's going, which is a shame because it's so pretty. The three stars are purely for how it looked, unzipped, in the mirror. The large would definitely be too big in the straps.

This dress fits perfectly and hugs my waist nicely. It is flowy and breathable due to the amazing linen texture. The sweetheart neckline is so flattering as well. The neckline and the black color combined make it stunning.

I got the black and it does hide normal linen wrinkles well. I am a true size small and I was worried the Old Navy small would be too big (generous sizing) but I am also petite and got the small petite and it fit perfect. Length hits about upper mid calf and doesn't make me look even shorter. Nice easy pull on piece will pack and travel well. I am a 34B and I think C and D or bigger cups might need to size up for just more chest space. 5'2" 128 lbs

This dress is super flattering and I love it is offered in petite sizes. There is some stretch in for waist which makes for a perfect fit. You can definitely dress this up or down and it's great for warmer weather. I bought two!

This is a great dress to throw on when you want to look put together without really trying. The fabric is slightly more substantial than I thought for a linen blend, but still stretchy and somewhat lighteweight.
