This is one of my favourite purchases in a while. The structure is great, it is super comfortable, and is the perfect summer work dress. The only thing it's missing are pockets. Honestly, if there had been colours other than just the blue and black, I would have bought them.

I didn't feel that this ran small. I got my regular size regular Old Navy size medium, and it fits like a glove. It's not too tight not too big. There's a little bit of room in it, but I love this dress. The only drawback that I have is it has no pockets and it's very hard to iron but thank you Old Navy. oh I'm 5'4" and it hits just above my ankles.
