I love these dresses for multi-purpose uses; around the house, nightgown, etc. I bought a size larger in hopes it wouldn't shrink too much. When I tried it on my 5'3" frame, the bottom hem was about 3" below my knees. Perfect since I expected some shrinking after washing (cold) and drying. It's n...ow 7" ABOVE my knees! It's more like a 2016-style tunic shirt for over leggings. I'll either give it to my mother who is 5' or only wear it as a nightgown. Also, the crew neck is very high. I thought it was just my body but I asked my mother about hers (I bought one for her too) and she said hers is high also. We have very different body shapes and heights. A larger neck hole or a v-neck would be nice in the future.
I am so upset, I absolutely loved these dresses, and bought four right off the bat because I was looking for a simple, easy, and put together look but when I washed it (on cold) and barely tumbled dry on low heat (didn't even fully dry), it shrunk so much I can't even wear it. The body shrinking isn...'t a huge deal to me, so I had already sized up from M to L to account for expected cotton shrinkage, but the length shortened by 2 inches, making the dress completely unwearable. I am not particularly tall, so I didn't think I needed the "tall" size, but now I wish I had gone with the tall size. I have already taken the tags off and obviously washed one, so I can't return or exchange. I am so disappointed.

Love the looser fit of this t-shirt dress, and good arm coverage. Casual and comfy but can be dressed up. I only wish the long length didn't shrink so much after washing/drying.

This dress is so comfortable, so easy, and so versatile, I have it in black, navy, and red. It falls slightly shorter than I would have wanted, it hits mid-thigh on me, not just above-the-knee, so I wear shorts under.

This is a nice dress, it does shrink a bit in the dryer so be careful not to overdry, but overall good quality and fit. My teen daughter likes it for every day wear in the hot summer.

I ordered a size up to allow for shrinkage and just a very loose comfy fit. It is great. I'm overweight and it hides everything. The fabric is so soft and feels like really good quality. I definitely recommend.
