Pretty, But Not For Bigger Busts

I am so disappointed. This is such a cute dress, but I can't even pull it down over my chest. I ordered a medium (I am almost always a medium in ON, occasionally a small, and very very rarely a large). It is so far from fitting that I don't know if a large would work. I'm a 36DDD for reference.
