This top is not cotton, but nylon/rayon. Well, rayon shrinks, too. Part of the reason it's hard to get on over your head, it's got long sleeves and you feel that you could rip it. It must be me, as no one else mentioned that. I steamed it and it was okay. And cute once on, so I added a star. .
I was excited to wear this to work with a top underneath. However, even with a top underneath, it is just way too sheer. Honestly, not happy for what I paid for. I wouldn't even wear this outside of work either.

I love this top. Ordered the green in a petite but it was too short and showed too much tummy. So I ordered regular size and it works well. Will need a camisole under tho.
