Runs small and sleeves are tight

Bought my usual small and it's too tight. I would exchange it for a medium but the sleeves are so tight I don't think a medium would work either. This shirt would work best for a smaller chest and very skinny arms. Material is nice though.

I bought this top in black first, and I liked it so much that I bought it in the off-white color. I am 5'11 and bought size XL Tall. The fit is perfect for me…not too tight and long enough. It is very flattering and lightweight (but not see through).
